CIOO Strategy Map

The CIOO Strategy Map visually represents how Strategic Objectives interact with each Perspective. All Strategic Objectives fall under the umbrella of our four Strategic Themes: Effective Communication, Strategic Focus, Excellent Service Delivery, and Engaged Organization.

CIOO Strategy Map. The Customer Perspective informs the objectives of improve communication, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthn partnerships. The Financial Stewardship Perspective informs the objectives improve use of resources and improve budget and strategy alignment. The Internal Process Perspective informs the objectives improve communication process, improve human capital management, improve the delivery of services, and improve governance. The People, Tools, and Technology perspective inform the objectives of increase knowledge, skills, and abilities, improve innovation, and improve technology.
