To whom it may concern:

In order to maintain a viable, professional appraisal industry in the United States it is necessary to pay them a decent fee.

Since implementation of HVCC appraisal fees have dropped 50% forcing most good appraisers out of business.

There is no way to bring new people into the industry with the fees as low as they are now so the profession will die out.

Please adopt the VA appraiser fee schedule as the national standard for AMC companies to follow when ordering appraisals.
