ORDER TERMINATING TEMPORARY ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST AND WITHDRAWING NOTICE OF CHARGES AND OF HEARING
WHEREAS, pursuant to its authority under sections 8(b) and 8(c)(1) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act ("Act"), 12 U.S.C. §§ 1818(b) and (c)(1), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation issued a Notice of Charges and of Hearing ("Notice") and a Temporary Order to Cease and Desist ("Temporary Order") on November 16, 1990, against Bank St. Croix, Roberts, Wisconsin ("Bank"); and
WHEREAS, on March 15, 1991, the Bank signed a Stipulation and Consent to the Issuance of an Order to Cease and Desist, FDIC-91-65b.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Temporary Order issued against the Bank under section 8(c)(1) of the Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(c)(1), be, and hereby is, terminated.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Notice issued against the Bank under section 8(b) of the Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), be, and hereby is, withdrawn, and the proceeding initiated thereunder be, and hereby is, terminated.
