PROCEEDING
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Notification to Primary Regulator of Findings issued on November 14, 1989, and the Notice of Intention to Terminate Insured Statues, Findings and order Setting Hearing issued on March 23, 1990 against Village Green National Bank, Jersey Village, Texas, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a), be, and hereby are, terminated.
