FDIC Hosts Supporting Disaster Recovery in North Carolina

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will convene a disaster recovery community development forum to encourage collaboration among banks, community-based organizations (CBOs), and Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) to support disaster recovery efforts. The forum will also identify product gaps and capital and credit needs in disaster-impacted areas. Additionally, the FDIC will highlight regulatory guidance for financial institutions seeking to support recovery activities consistent with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Speakers will discuss lending products and resources available to consumers and small businesses.
