This video provides trainers with a brief orientation to the Money Smart for Young Adults curriculum.

Train-the-Trainer Workshops

Instructors who have reviewed the Guide to Presenting and seek additional guidance in using the curriculum may wish to consider attending a train-the-trainer workshop.

Train-the-Trainer sessions are offered via regularly scheduled webinars and can be viewed on Training and Events. You must register in advance to participate.

Some Train-the-Trainer workshops are conducted in person to help participants learn how to use Money Smart through the use of presentations, demonstrations, and exercises. These workshops are held for financial institutions, community organizations, and other entities that plan to use Money Smart. The Train-the-Trainer workshops provide guidance to the lead trainers at these organizations. These lead trainers, in turn, conduct workshops for additional instructors or provide training to consumers. Workshops can be conducted for groups of at least 25 potential instructors.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation is prohibited from endorsing any specific organizations. Money Smart users must ensure that their publicity, advertisements, and public statements do not use the FDIC name or logo to imply that FDIC endorses their organization or its products or services.
