Employee Resources

Confidential and Anonymous Reporting

Centralized the intake and reporting of allegations of harassment, interpersonal misconduct, and retaliation for raising these issues to OPC. Individuals can file a complaint confidentially or anonymously with OPC by email (opc@fdic.gov) or through a toll-free hotline (877) 367-2720.

Credible Investigations of Past Harassment

Communicated to employees that the anonymous reporting hotline and new investigation procedures are open and applicable to anyone who has experienced harassment regardless of when it occurred and whether it was previously reported.

Mental Health Resources

Provided dedicated mental health counselors experienced in harassment- and discrimination-related trauma to all employees. Continued to offer the toll-free 24/7 Employee Assistance Program hotline that provides counseling services and is staffed with live professional personnel to ensure immediate assistance for individuals in distress, as well as providing referrals to local clinicians, support groups, and other resources.
