- Complete all required employment forms in FDIC’s online onboarding system. (Follow the instructions provided by your onboarding Human Resources Specialist.)
- Prepare any questions about employment with the FDIC, the benefits programs, and/or anything else that you would like to ask the appropriate presenter(s).
