Future Bankers and Financial Professionals Camp – Ask the Banker Session

Career readiness and exploration programs equip young people for jobs that offer a living wage. The Future Bankers and Financial Professionals Camp (Camp) has long introduced students to careers in financial services and now serves as a pipeline for entry‑level talent at participating institutions.

This banker roundtable features leaders from banks currently involved in Camps nationwide. They will share how their institution’s structure student site visits, address human‑resources considerations, and document participation for CRA evaluations. Attendees will also have the chance to ask questions directly to the panel. Register today to secure your spot!
