The second figure in the appendix is titled Range of Minimum Required Capital (MRC) Changes for Retail Portfolios. The y axis of this graph shows Change in MRC, ranging from minus 100% up to 150%. Five column labels appear on the x axis. From the left they are Total Retail; Home Equity; Residential Mortgage; Credit Cards; Other Retail; Small Retail Exposures. Twenty-six dots appear in each column, one for each QIS-4 banking organization. The dots cluster in the minus area in all columns except credit cards, where more appear at or above the 50% line. The range is from minus 100% to about 130%.
