All deposit accounts, excluding certain brokered deposits, were transferred to Citizens Business Bank, Ontario, CA ("assuming institution"). Former Joaquin Bank locations reopened as branches of Citizens Business Bank.
Your transferred deposits were separately insured from any accounts you may have already had at Citizens Business Bank for at least six months after the failure of Joaquin Bank.
You may withdraw your funds from any transferred account without an early withdrawal penalty until you enter into a new deposit agreement with Citizens Business Bank as long as the deposits are not pledged as collateral for loans.
