FDIC Promotes Financial Literacy for Florida Youth

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will host an event to promote financial literacy partnership opportunities with community-based organizations that are committed to economic inclusion and increasing the number of low- and moderate-income youth who have an established bank account. Presenters will share information on financial empowerment resources, credit and partnership opportunities, and discuss various youth financial literacy needs from their respective organizations. The FDIC will share information from the 2021 National Unbanked and Underbanked Household Survey, as well as discuss economic inclusion partnership opportunities.

Bankers, Community Development Financial Institution leaders, local, state, and federal government, and non-profit representatives interested in learning about partnership opportunities
