Subject: Creation of unfair business advantages
This program very much disturbs me. You have a credit market that has
tightened to the point of near invisibility. You have companies like GE
given the ability to tap into this fund at 75 bp. GE has many divisions that
many companies, private and public, compete against. GE now has ample
liquidity at decent pricing whereas competitors do not. Isn’t there
something inherently wrong with this?
