The Rate Spread Calculator generates the spread between the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) and a survey-based estimate of APRs currently offered on prime mortgage loans of a comparable type.

Conforming Loan Limits
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are restricted by law to only purchase single-family mortgages with origination balances below a specific amount, known as the “conforming loan limit.” Loans above this limit are known as jumbo loans. This webpage provides current conforming loan limits by county and unit size as well as historic detail back to 2007.
Duty to Serve Program
This program oversees the statutory requirement for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to serve three specified underserved markets – manufactured housing, affordable housing preservation, and rural housing – by improving the distribution and availability of mortgage financing in a safe and sound manner for residential properties that serve very low-, low-, and moderate-income families in these markets.

House Price Index
FHFA publishes monthly and quarterly Housing Price Index reports that serve as a timely, accurate indicator of house price trends at various geographic levels. Because of the breadth of the sample, it provides more information than is available in other house price indexes.
Housing Price Index Calculator
The Housing Price Index Calculator provides the state or MSA level estimated house value based on purchase price.
Monthly Interest Rate Survey
This survey provides monthly information on interest rates, loan terms, and house prices by property, loan, and lender type, as well as information on 15-year and 30-year fixed-rate loans. The survey also provides quarterly information on conventional loans by major metropolitan area and by Federal Home Loan Bank district.

Computerized Home Underwriting Management System (CHUMS) Data Files
Download files and/or their description with loan limits from 2013 to present for FHA Forward Limits, HECM Limits, and Fannie/Freddie Limits. All files are updated from HUD's CHUMS data system on a weekly basis.
FHA Mortgage Limits
Look up FHA or GSE mortgage limits by state, county, or Metropolitan Statistical Area. The results page includes a median sales price value for each jurisdiction and the loan limit for one-, two-, three- and four-unit residences.

Housing Counseling Intermediaries
This webpage includes a list of HUD-approved housing counseling intermediaries and eligible state housing finance agencies that can provide services directly or through a network of affiliates. The list provides organization name, city, state location, and website link.

Disability.gov is the U.S. federal government website for information on disability programs and services nationwide. Disability.gov’s Guide to Housing has information about government agencies and organizations that provide information on housing including homeownership, rental assistance programs, assisted living facilities, and home modifications for accessibility to people with disabilities.

These reports, released in conjunction with the monthly Making Home Affordable (MHA) Program Performance Report, include mortgage modification activity under HAMP by metropolitan area.
Making Home Affordable Data Files
This webpage provides three sets of loan-level mortgage modification data reported by servicers: The First Lien Modification Program, the Second Lien Modification Program, and the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program. Each set is subdivided into 10 geographic regions that cover the United States and its territories.

Income and Property Eligibility Website
The webpage is used to determine eligibility for certain USDA home loan programs and the USDA Satellite Grant Program. In order to be eligible for many USDA loans, household income must meet certain guidelines. Also, the home must be located in an eligible rural area as defined by USDA.
Rural Housing Service Lender Interactive Network Connection
This is the main landing page for lenders with links to single-family, multifamily, and community facility loan program reporting interfaces.
Service Center Locator
Customers can access the services provided by the Farm Service Agency, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and the Rural Development agencies through the USDA Service Centers. The map provides the address of the USDA Service Centers and other agency offices serving the area along with contact information.
