The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) invites financial institutions across New York City to join a virtual banker roundtable focused on exploring opportunities to partner in the upcoming Future Bankers and Financial Professionals (FBC) Camp, launching in July 2026. During this session, presenters will provide an in-depth overview of the FBC initiative-a collaborative effort between the Center for Financial Training, the National Academy Foundation (NAF), and New York City high schools. The program is designed to prepare high-achieving students from low- and moderate-income (LMI) communities for successful careers in the financial services industry. Participants will also learn how involvement in the FBC program can support their Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) objectives, offering a meaningful way to invest in workforce development while strengthening community ties. Don’t miss this opportunity to shape the next generation of financial leaders and make a lasting impact in your community. Register today to secure your spot!
