Emily Johnston-Ross

Emily Johnston Ross is a Senior Financial Economist at the FDIC Center for Financial Research in the Division of Insurance and Research.

Her research interests include bank failure and resolution strategies, private equity, depositor stability, deposit franchise value, and commercial real estate lending.

She received her MA and PhD in Economics from The City University of New York, and a BA in Liberal Arts from St. John's College.
