Jacob Goldston is a Senior Financial Economist in the Regulatory Analysis Section. He received a PhD in Economics from Brown University in 2013, and worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, the University of South Carolina, and the World Bank prior to joining the Center for Financial Research in 2016. His research interests include banking, development economics, and economic demography. He received a BA in Economics from Princeton University in 2005.
