Failed Bank Information for Silver Falls Bank, Silverton, OR

On Friday, February 20, 2009, Silver Falls Bank was closed by the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services. The FDIC was named Receiver. Citizens Bank, Corvallis, OR acquired all deposit accounts.

The FDIC as Receiver for Silver Falls Bank, Silverton, OR has taken all actions necessary to terminate the Receivership Estate. The Receiver published a legal notice of intent to terminate the receivership on December 18, 2025 and has made all dividend distributions required by law.

Effective May 1, 2026, the Receiver was discharged and the Receivership Estate was terminated and ceased existence as a legal entity.

Receivership Status: TERMINATED
