Speaking from a small non profit, CDC in a rural market, CRA MAKES A REAL DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITY! Several of our smaller, local/regional banks show a real interest in CRA rules and performance, and this has made a difference in our ability to provide affordable housing to low income residents of our service area. Please do not change rules which will negatively impact this relationship!
