Communities, especially communities of color, more than ever need long term private investment. Please maintain strict regulations that will assist in maintaining sound policies and practices in communities that need partners with capital. I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act.
