Please cancel this proposal to allow more banks to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. We need more investment and other services in low income communities, not less. This proposal opens the door to an erosion of much needed benefits for such communities. Especially when our economy is struggling, this proposal is moving us in a totally wrong direction.
