To Whom It May Concern - regarding RIN 3064-AC50:

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. In my opinion, it will really undermine low and moderate income communities.

CRA serves my community, Davenport, Iowa through several local banks by provided fair and equal access to lending and credit services. In talking with local bankers, it is not a burden to them but a reminder to be attentive to all persons regardless of income.

I would urge you to please do not adopt this rule.
