ATTENTION: comments/legal ISS Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.

I am writing to oppose the proposed rule changes to the Community Reinvestment Act. This act has served urban and rural low income communities very well. The proposed rule changes would be harmful to these communities, especially the rural communities. Please do not implement the proposed rule changes.
