Subject: Community Reinvestment Act, RIN NUMBER 3063-AC50

I Deborah Sarku, I'am a mother and also Founder of Caring Hearts Foundation of Plainfield, NJ. I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities." Plainfield, New Jersey community is very low-income, and the work im trying to do for the homeless this action would prevent me from going to banks asking for their help if you allow this action to go through. I would ask that you not, due to the fact of my community.

Thank you
Deborah Sarku
