Gentlemen Re RIN 3064-AC50:

As someone who has traveled the length and breadth of this country over a long span of years, I feel that I have a particularly strong basis for opposing the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. In my opinion, it will really undermine development in rural communities that desparately need the help provided under the current CRA regulations.

Please do not adopt this rule.
