The more you expand social services, the more you develop dependency. Fair housing program is a disfunctional system and waste of money. Housing discrimination is not different from any discriminatory cases that handle by the supreme court. You don't need fair housing that coast thousands of dollar to represent housing discrimination issues. You need to look far and beyond to find out what causes the housing discrimination? through my position as a housing facilitator, I found not a single case of housing discrimination. Landlords dying to have section 8 people because paying rent is guaranteed by PHA. Housing Voucher has created more social problems by providing too much assisstance to the participants. That system teach people to be lazy and to take advantage of the spoiled system that give them everything for nothing. PHA has lack of case managaments and public relationship with landlords and other services that available in the society. They like Jack in a box that can't see what's out of that box. Some people are able to live without housing voucher, other already live in rental unit, so why you give them housing voucher? Other are realy homeless, lives in the street or shelter, so why don't you help these people first. I believe it's time to change the rules and regulations of fair housing and housing voucher. Those who obtain housing voucher, must pay for the service they got by serving in the community. The rent regulation should be revised, Housing pay only 30% and tenants pay 70%. Security Deposit should be provided as a personal loan twithout intrest and must be paid back. You give everything free and that caused poverty to expand because of dependency. I have one client said; "I will quit my job to take advantage of the service that available... why I have to work just to pay the rent....If I quit my job, I will get more benefits" That's true. Would be better if we create jobs and let the participants work for the money they get! Housing discrimination is the least problem compare with other discrimination cases such as race, employment, age and gender. We don't need fair housing, we do need fair employment and better employment system that treat people fairly and hire them regardless their race or color, other wise we will replace factories with welfare assisstance. I notice that selecting your leadership based on discriminatory features and that's why you have poor leadership that they can't think about alternatives or solutions because most of them unfit for their positions. All what they do is to ask for grant and stand against reductions.You need skillful and gifted people to get rid of poverty and dependency. You need intensive case management and invistigation to give the right service to the right person. The people who needs help, didn't get it and the ones who didn't need help, they get it. It's unfair treatment. I have many ideas that I'm willing to discuss it to come to better solutions.Actually Housing fair market price has created marketing problems and encourage landlords to increase the rent and to buy more properties to rented to section 8 I'm not writing that that because I'm seeking a position, But I wrote it because it's true facts. You can't be a musition if you don't have the talent, you can be an artist if you are not by nature and you can't be a problem solver if you have a dysfunctional brain. Doing research is effective tool that helped me to find out that there is no housing discrimination but there is employment discrimination.
