Community Reinvestment Act is essential to developing and maintaining
affordable
housing to low to moderate-income households in rural areas. The loss of
CRA
banks in the rural communities could potentially mean a loss of monetary
support
for affordable housing, which is vital as to try to provide housing to
all in
need.
