I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will harm to rural
communities. : Here in Eastern Kentucky, the communities are already
distressed by shifts in the job market, as well as by outsourcing and
other ills. Our people are being neglected enough!
