I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will harm to rural
communities. : I sincerely hope that the FDIC will reconsider its
decision on CRA compliance. Such changes will not only hurt rural and
low-income communities across the states, but will also create further
distrust of the banking system by marginalized groups.
