I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : I am strongly opposed to the proposed changes in CRA. The
change will decrease investment in low income areas and populations at a
time when investment is crucial.
