I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : Your proposed change to the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN
3064-AC50) will have a devastating impact on rural communities. We used
to worry about redlining inner cities, a blatantly illegal practice.
This rule change will have the same net effect on rural America. Please
