Gentlemen Re RIN 3064-AC50:
I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community
Reinvestment Act regulations. As a director of a community development
loan fund, CRA has been critical to our effort to provide access to
capital which otherwise would not be available to entrepreneurs.
Removing banks whose asset size is under $1 billion from CRA requirement
severely hinders the community economic development project.
Please do not adopt this rule.
