Gentlemen
As a member of the NeighborWorks
® Organization Network, I strongly
oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act
regulations. In my opinion, it will undermine rural communities and the
efforts of all NeighborWorks® Organizations throughout the country
chartered under Neighborhood Reinvestment. Please do not adopt this
rule.
