Hello:
We are opposed to the FDIC’s proposal to allow banks with assets
above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community
Reinvestment Act. As a nonprofit, we are dependent upon the
services/assistance leveraged by the CRA. This policy would have the
impact of reducing overall support for the low income, including lending
support as well as investments.
