I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will harm to rural
communities. : Can we as a nation for once stop thinking of urban areas
as centers of the universe and recognize the effects of our actions on
the nation as a whole?
