I will keep this short and simple. I am the Executive Director of a
private
non-profit, Everyone Cooperating to Help Others, Inc. (ECHO, Inc.), that
provides emergency services, including rent, lodging, housing services,
transportation and food, to name a few, to low-income residents in our
county, Rock Co. in WI. No one can do what needs to be done; it takes
everyone in the community to get the job done (as our name appropriately
states). It takes your help also.
I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community
Reinvestment Act
regulations. In my opinion, it will really undermine rural and smaller
communities. Please do not adopt this rule.
