I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will harm to rural
communities. Rural communities suffer the same blight, poverty and other
problems as inner city ghettos, and were ignored for far too long. WE
also have the homeless, the mentally ill, the malnourished and the
unemployed.
