I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : The Community Reinvestment Act has expanded the American
dream to millions of hardworking people, and it hasn't cost taxpayers a
dime. Please ensure that our investment corporations continue to operate
for the benefit of citizens and communities, and not just for the
benefit of their own bottom line.
