The proposal is not needed. The issue has controlled by banks for years and has
not been abused.
The continued issuance of new regulations and/or amending old regulations for
no good reason to consumers or lenders is creating a great burden on community
banks. We spend to much time focusing on regulations in stead of other risk management
and serving our customers.
