Abstract: The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) proposes to 
amend its regulations to implement section 508 of the Rehabilitation 
Act of 1973, as amended. Section 508 requires each Federal agency or 
department to ensure that the electronic and information technology is 
comparable to the access of those who are not disabled, unless the 
agency would incur and undue burden.
