The building is accessible via Metrorail on the blue, orange, silver, yellow, or green lines. Exit at L’Enfant Plaza Metrorail Station and follow the signage for the D and 7th Street exit. This exit leads directly to/from the Constitution Center building.

FROM RONALD REAGAN WASHINGTON NATIONAL AIRPORT (DCA)
METRORAIL: Take the yellow line from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Metro Station in the direction of Greenbelt four stops. Get off at L’Enfant Plaza Metro Station. Follow the signs for the D and 7th Street exit. This L’Enfant Plaza Station exit leads directly to/from the Constitution Center building.
CAR: (3 miles) Exit at Airport Exit/Washington. Take George Washington Memorial Parkway North. Take the I-395 North exit toward Washington. Take exit 44 toward SW Waterfront/Nationals Park/Maine Avenue. Turn left onto G Street SW, turn left onto 7th Street SW. Destination will be on the right.
TAXI: Taxi dispatch locations are clearly marked outside the terminals.
APP-BASED RIDE SERVICES (UBER, LYFT, Others): Green flags located outside on the terminal curb designate the appropriate pick-up zones.
Terminal A: Passengers can meet their ride on the third (outer) curb.
Terminal B/C: Passengers can meet their ride on the Baggage Claim level (1st floor) or the Ticketing/Check-In level (3rd floor).
RENTAL CAR CENTER: Passengers can meet their ride at the designated pick-up and drop-off location across from the Rental Car Shuttle Bus shelter located on National Avenue.
DULLES AIRPORT (IAD)
METRORAIL: Take the Silver Line Express Bus to the Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station at Arrival Door 4 in the airport terminal. Tickets are $5 each way and may be purchased at the counter located inside Arrival Door 4. From Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station, board the silver line train towards Largo Town Center. Exit at the L’Enfant Plaza Metro Station and follow the signage for the D and 7th Street exit. This exit leads directly to/from the Constitution Center building.
CAR: (31 miles) Start out going East on Aviation Drive, turn left onto ramp, and merge onto Dulles Airport Access Rd. Dulles Airport Access Rd. will become VA-267 E and then I-66 E, so you will stay on it for approximately 24 miles. Take exit 75 from I-66 E for VA-110 S toward I-395/US-1/Pentagon City/Crystal City/Reagan National Airport/Alexandria. Merge onto I-395 N via the ramp to US-1 N. Follow I-395 N to G Street SW in Washington. Take exit 44 from I-395 N toward SW Waterfront/Nationals Park/Maine Avenue. Turn left onto G Street SW. Turn left onto 7th Street SW. Your destination will be on the right.
TAXI: Follow the signs for Ground Transportation or Taxi to the lower level of the terminal, down the ramp to Door 2 or Door 6 to the dispatch area for Washington Flyer Taxicabs.
APP BASED RIDE SERVICES (UBER, LYFT, Others): Passengers can meet their rides outside the main terminal on the Arrivals level. Select the pick-up location in the app or coordinate with the driver at which arrival door (1-7) to meet.
BALTIMORE/WASHINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BWI)
CAR: (34 miles) Take Airport Exit to I-195 W. Merge onto MD-295 South via exit number 2B toward Washington. Take MD-295 South, Baltimore-Washington Pkwy toward District of Columbia Hwy 295. Take exit Capitol Hill toward I-695, keep right to stay on Capitol Hill Exit. Capitol Hill turns slightly, becomes I-695 (signs for I-395/Downtown). Merge onto I-395 South. Take exit 55 toward 7th Street Southwest/L’Enfant Promenade from I-395 S. Merge onto Frontage Road SW and turn onto 7th Street SW. Your destination will be on the right.
TAXI: Taxi stands are located outside of the baggage claim area on the lower level of the airport terminal.
APP BASED RIDE SERVICES (UBER, LYFT, Others): Passengers can meet their rides at the terminal curbs on the Upper Level/Departures.
AMTRAK OR MARC TRAIN: Take the free shuttle from the airport terminal to the BWI Rail Station, where Amtrak and MARC trains can be taken to Union Station. The MARC train costs $7, and Amtrak tickets start at $14. Once you arrive at Union Station, Washington, DC, you will need to take the Metrorail. Take the red line from Union Station in the direction of Shady Grove two stops to Gallery Place and then transfer to the green (direction of Branch Ave) or yellow line (direction of Huntington) two stops to L’Enfant Plaza Metro Station. Follow the signage for the D and 7th Street exit. This street exit leads directly to/from the Constitution Center building.
