Dear Sir or Madam,
I object to the proposed ruling to loosen the regulations on
institutions with less that $1 billion worth of assets. This would
exclude far too many institutions and make the rift between the rich and
poor widen.
The government should be willing to help citizens and immigrants of
all economic levels!
