WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in March 2024. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for May 2024.
The FDIC issued 11 orders in March 2024. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of one prohibition order, one combined prohibition order and order voluntarily dismissing notice of assessment and order to pay a civil money penalty (CMP), two consent orders, two orders to pay CMPs, and five orders terminating deposit insurance.
