FDIC Publishes February Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today published a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in February 2026. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for April 2026.

The FDIC issued eight orders and one Notice in February 2026. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of one consent order; one order of prohibition; six orders terminating a total of 100 waiver orders; and one Notice.
