FDIC Publishes April Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today published a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in April 2026. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for June 2026.

The FDIC issued two orders, one notice of charges and one adjudicated decision and orders in April 2026. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of one consent order; one order terminating consent order; one notice of intent to prohibit and assessment of civil money penalty (CMP) and order to pay; and one decision and orders to prohibit and to pay a CMP.
