FDIC Publishes November Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today published a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in November 2025. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for January 2026.

The FDIC made public a total of seven orders in November 2025 including one order that was inadvertently omitted previously. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of one consent order, two prohibition orders, two orders terminating consent orders, one order of termination of insurance, and one order terminating proceedings.
