FDIC Publishes June Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today published a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in June 2025. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for August 2025.

The FDIC issued 17 orders and one Notice of Charges in June 2025. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of one order terminating a consent order; one order terminating an order to pay civil money penalty; two orders to pay civil money penalties; two orders of prohibition from further participation; five orders of termination of insurance; six orders terminating a total of 100 Section 19 waiver orders; and one notice of charges.
