FDIC Publishes April Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today published a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in April 2025. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for June 2025.

The FDIC made public a total of 14 orders in April 2025, including two decisions and orders that were inadvertently omitted previously.  The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of one combined order of prohibition and order for restitution; one amended and restated consent order, order for restitution and order to pay (CMP) order; two consent orders; three orders terminating consent orders; two orders of prohibition; and, three CMP orders.
