FDIC Makes Public July Enforcement Actions
One Administrative Hearing Scheduled for September 2023

WASHINGTON — The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in July 2023. There is one administrative hearing scheduled for September 2023.

The FDIC issued ten orders and two Notices in July 2023. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of two orders that combined a prohibition order and order to pay CMP; one combined personal consent order and order to pay CMP; four prohibition orders; one order modifying a prohibition order; one order of termination of deposit insurance; and one order to pay CMP for pattern or practice violations of the Flood Disaster Protection Act.
