FDIC Makes Public February Enforcement Actions
No Administrative Hearings Scheduled for April 2023

WASHINGTON – The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in February 2023. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for April 2023.

The FDIC issued five Orders and one Notice in February 2023. The administrative enforcement actions in those Orders consisted of three orders of prohibition from further participation, one order to pay civil money penalty, one Section 19 order, and one Notice of Charges.
